However, this can vary depending on the risk level associated with your event. For example, an event where alcohol is served and there is a greater risk of disruption will require at least two security officers per 100 to 150 guests, compared with one officer for lower-risk events.
Additionally, if there are VIP guests or public figures in attendance, they may require close protection on an individual level.
