Cleaners are trained to deal with the specific challenges that industrial factories face like high levels of dust, oil and product build-up from machinery and use specialised equipment and safety procedures.
It depends on what you produce and how quickly dirt or debris builds up. As a start, we’d scope quarterly deep cleans for factories and either annual or bi-annual cleans for warehouses. We’d assess this during your contract to see if you need more deep cleans.
Pricing is based on the hours needed. Access windows, build-up, height, layout and the number of cleans you need can affect the hours and the cost of your contract. We can provide a more accurate costing once we’ve completed a site survey and have a better understanding of what service type and level you need.
