Underpinning all our robust installation packages and expert installation team is our monitoring. As a leader in the security industry, we know the importance of round-the-clock responsiveness – crime and trespassing don’t have set hours – and we support our CCTV installations with complete, 24/7 monitoring from our National Operations Centre (NOC).
From our NOC, we’re able to seamlessly monitor all of your cameras, switching between views to track intruders and receiving immediate automated alerts when an intruder is detected. From there, we’re able to issue real-time audio warnings, deploy our locally-based officers to investigate in person or, for urgent requirements, contact the emergency services.

All of our engineers, alongside their own knowledge and expertise in the industry, work to NSI Gold standards as part of our business’s commitment to quality. As a real-world example, our Lead Engineer has more than 14 years of experience, and oversees all of our major projects, installations, maintenance and servicing to ensure quality.
Yes. For any cameras we install (whether that’s a full new installation or a replacement of an existing system), we provide full maintenance and servicing packages. We’re also able to service and maintain cameras that we did not install, if you can give us some information on the type of cameras you have.
Your CCTV cameras will be monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, by our National Operations Centre (NOC). The NOC is staffed around the clock by SIA-licensed, trained professionals who are on hand to respond to any incidents the moment they happen, as well as mobilise the appropriate response (like a mobile security patrol or the emergency services).
Our average officer-to-site response time is just 30 minutes for all of the sites we monitor. We achieve that through a huge network of locally-based security officers, all of whom are connected to our NOC for urgent deployment.
