Builders cleaning services take your finished buildings from a working site to handover-ready. Our builders cleaning removes everything from dust settled on surfaces, paint splashes, plaster residue, adhesive residue and any other stain that domestic cleaning can’t remove.
Your initial builders clean happens once tradies have moved off site before snagging. Our cleaners remove construction debris, fine builders dust and the bulk of soiling. A sparkle clean follows once the build is snagged and signed off. We can deliver both cleaning stages together or as individual services.

Top Down Cleaning From High-Level Ductwork To Your Floors
We start every post construction cleaning project with a site survey and we’ll create a full scope of work so you know what’s included. A typical builders cleaning service includes:
- Cleaning at high levels including ceilings, ductwork, cable trays, light fittings, light fixtures and light switches.
- Remove dust from walls, then wipe skirting boards, door frames and window frames.
- Strip protective film from glazing, doors, sanitaryware and kitchen appliances.
- Clean internal windows and their frames, with external windows cleaning an additional service.
- Lift paint spots, paint marks, splatters, plaster residue, adhesive residue and grout haze from hard surfaces.
- Descale kitchen and bathroom surfaces, cleaning inside and outside kitchen cabinets
- Vacuum and mop all hard floors, with floor polishing and carpet cleaning where the contract calls for it.
- Clear construction debris and construction residue from the building, with waste removed responsibly.

Delays in post-construction cleaning are a financial cost rather than an inconvenience if you’re not meeting contractual obligations around tenants moving in. We book your clean into your build programme so we can resource and schedule the job to finish in time for your handover.
We’ll attend after construction work has finished so airborne dust can settle so we only have to clean each area once. On phased projects, we clean floor by floor as each one is completed.
If your handover date moves, we can usually arrange a cleaning team to be on site within a few days.
Fixed Quotes Written From A Site Survey
We price commercial builders cleans from your survey rather than a template. Floor area and the site’s condition can impact the cost, while we also look at your finishes, access arrangements and the stage of your programme.
Your written quote covers every part of our planned work, including a full task list, the time and resource estimate, and anything we exclude. All cleaning products and equipment are within the price.
Additional services like external cleans or window cleans are separate line items so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.

The builders clean is the first pass completed once tradies have left the site, but before any snagging work. Primarily it’s to remove the bulk of dust and construction debris. The sparkle clean is the last pass in more detail just before the handover.
The cost depends on the size of your property and the level of cleaning needed so we provide prices after completing a site survey. We’ll come and review the floor area, finishes, access arrangements and construction stage, then provide a fixed quote.
No. Our cleaning teams bring all the necessary equipment and cleaning products, including industrial vacuums, microfibre systems and professional detergents. We’ll just need site access as well as power and water on site.
