Schedules Planned Around Your Term Dates, Exams and Open Days
Campuses don’t run at a steady pace all year, so it doesn’t make sense for your cleaning service to do that either. We plan regular cleaning around your academic timetable, with classrooms and lecture halls cleaned regularly and busy communal spaces visited when most students are in lectures.

- Early morning, daytime and evening shifts matched to when spaces are in use
- On-site supervisors responsible for checking completed work and acting as your point of contact
- Daily cleans and janitorial services to deal with spills and reactive cleaning so problems don’t settle overnight
- Professional cleaners who stay on the same buildings and learn your department’s specific requirements
- Extra cleaning hours at short notice (organised through our National Operations Centre) for busy periods

Audit Reports Your Facilities Team Can Use
You can’t inspect every room yourself on a large campus, so we provide written evidence that cleaning standards are being met wherever we’re working. Our supervisors carry out regular quality audits against our agreed specification, recording areas checked in detail and flagging areas for improvement.
You’ll receive regular written reports, hand delivered to your facilities team so they can review. Where our audits find a problem, we’ll accurately record it and put a plan in place to put it right so issues are fixed quickly.
Our cleaning service is delivered under ISO 9001 quality management, with documented procedures behind each task. A clear audit trail is created for your estate management team to check if they’re asked about hygiene or cleanliness.
Labs, Washrooms & Changing Rooms Prioritised By Risk
Some areas in your university have more health risks than others. We set cleaning frequencies for each area based on usage and risk level. As standard, our cleaners will:
- Clean laboratories once they’ve been cleared by staff, following strict safety rules
- Check and clean washrooms and toilets through the day, emptying bins and restocking supplies as they go

We can, yes. This includes communal areas, kitchens, corridors, stairs and washrooms, with all work completed by DBS-checked cleaners to keep shared living spaces clean and hygienic. We can also complete deep cleans at the end of tenancies or at the end of each term.
