With guests coming and going and rooms emptying between 11am and 3pm, quick turnovers are essential for getting rooms ready for new guests. Our supervisors work from the same room tracking system your team uses, so cleaners are sent straight to the rooms in priority order.
Every hotel room we clean follows a housekeeping checklist. High surfaces are dusted and floors cleaned along with beds changed and bathrooms wiped down to stop bacteria spreading onto surfaces that have already been cleaned.
Our supervisors can inspect rooms for quality control and, if a room fails your standards, we’ll put it right straight away.
Extra Cleaners For Busy Periods, Events Or Bank Holidays
Your occupancy rate won’t often stay level throughout the year. Your hotel cleaning services should flex with your needs so you maintain the staff levels you need.
We add cleaners for busy periods and scale down again when your bookings fall. Extra trained staff come from the same experienced team, using the same equipment so each cleaner knows your checklists and requirements before they start.
Cleaners can also be added to cover one off events like cleaning after a wedding or bank holiday. We’ll clean your function rooms overnight so they’re ready for your morning services and your guests when they come down the next morning.
Documented Hygiene Standards With Reviewable Audits
Clean looking rooms aren’t enough if bacteria is left on high touch areas that can be overlooked. We give you documented cleaning procedures covering bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and public spaces, with safety information for each product we use meeting COSHH requirements.
High-touch surfaces are disinfected on a schedule and cleaners take the same approach to hygiene standards as used in healthcare cleaning, so cloths or mops used in bathrooms never get near a kitchen area.
Regular audits are carried out by supervisors and logged with a named contact at your hotel in line with your SLA, so you can check our quality against your own standards.

Costs depends on the number of rooms we’re working on, the hours required, your location and any special requirements you need as part of your contract, like additional window or external cleans or periodic deep cleans.
Regular cleaning keeps rooms and your public areas presentable on a day to day basis. A deep clean takes place less often but targets upholstery, carpets and ventilation grilles that daily cleans might not cover. Many hotels we work with book deep cleans between busy seasons to maintain standards.
