Still got a Question?We do. We’d always advise planning security well in advance, but we know that emergencies and disappointments can and do happen. Our extensive network of fully qualified security personnel means we’re able to provide rapid and effective solutions, with manned protection available on the same day in most circumstances. We’ve previously supported in the West Midlands when alarm systems have failed, shutters have broken, or other providers have fallen short and we’ve stepped up.
All of the security officers we provide are fully licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and have passed a strict, BS7858-compliant screening and vetting process. As part of that licensing process, they’ll also have received an emergency first aid certificate and extensive training in conflict management and de-escalation techniques.
We take that another step further, with mandatory training courses for all officers. These are delivered online through our bespoke training platform, and are specific to both the site they work on and the duties they complete.
