She moved into her latest role in August 2025 following a six year period leading the company’s sales as Head of Business Development before taking on the role of Group Sales Director.

With extensive experience in a client-facing role, Emily brings a unique perspective of the questions buyers have when it comes to ProFM’s services, using that experience to write on topics including service standards and customer support.
