Still Have A Question?One of the more in-demand roles across the security sector, stewards are constantly needed to ensure the safety and security of all your attendees. As part of their core duties, all of our SIA-licensed stewards at ProFM will be responsible for:
De-escalating any conflicts that arise and removing any troublesome guests
All of the stewards that ProFM Group provide will have undergone an extensive and rigorous training procedure, alongside full accreditation from the Security Industry Authority (SIA). We also vet every member of our stewarding teams for a minimum of 5 years before we assign them to any project.
While, as a general rule of thumb, we recommend 1 steward per 100 guests, this is entirely dependent on the type of event you’re running, whether alcohol will be served or not, and the environment you’re using to run your event.
