When an alarm activates at your property (whether from an intruder or a false activation), it gets communicated immediately to our National Operations Centre, which is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by trained, SIA-licensed professionals. They can then deploy an officer, who’ll attend your site within the hour.
This can either be you or one of your staff members, or you can combine our intruder alarm installation services with our affordable lock and unlock solutions to ensure that you’ve always got a trained professional on hand to ensure your site is secured.
We recommend opting for this second option if you’re concerned about the safety of your area or have had previous issues with criminal activity.
