We only employ and deploy security guards who have an in-date, valid license with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and who’ve passed our own strict vetting and screening process in line with BS7858, the British Standard for security vetting, and a must-have for peace of mind in our industry. As part of that, our officers will also have a basic emergency first aid qualification and up-to-date guidance in line with the latest developments in private security (such as Martyn’s Law).
In line with our own commitment to providing the very best our sector has to offer, we also give every officer access to our online training platform, which offers an extensive library of CPD-certified courses. They’ll receive role-specific courses each month, all designed to ensure they continue to deliver those exceptional standards we’ve become known for.
