Once water is detected, an immediate alert is issued to our National Operations Centre (NOC), as well as any part of our client’s team that needs to be aware of the issue.
We have an average response time of just 30 minutes in most circumstances, with an officer able to arrive on site, assess the issues, and take decisive action.
This depends on the size and nature of your premises. For larger warehouses, we’d advise investing in multiple sensors to ensure that the whole of your storage area is covered. For smaller areas (a room in a vacant property, for example, or a self-contained storage facility), just one of our sensors can detect up to 300m.
