As often as you need them, and in line with the contract we create for you. We find that once per week is usually enough, but, depending on the size and scope of your business, we can adjust this to as much as once per day.
We use a sophisticated stock monitoring system to ensure that we’re always replenishing your supplies at the right time, and that you’re never left with too much or too little. We also work in accordance with COSHH guidelines to ensure that any chemical storage isn’t overfilled or at risk of becoming so.
Yes. If you find that you’re running out before you’d expect, you can request an additional shipment of the consumables you need (whether that’s toilet paper, soap, hand sanitiser, or air freshener) to arrive at your premises as soon as possible. The majority of our clients won’t need this, thanks to our audit and stock level system, but it’s always available if they do.
Yes. While we work with an industry-leading provider to deliver a superb range of cleaning products, we know that our clients might have specific preferences (air freshener scents, for example) or need specially-designed products (hypoallergenic or sensitive soaps, for instance).
