Your cleaners will receive detailed, on-the-job training to ensure that they’re not only able to deliver the right standard of cleanliness you’d expect, but that they understand the specific demands of your site. They’ll also receive routine refresher training from our Operational teams, and a tailored course of “Toolbox Talks” that ensures they’re able to address some of the more nuanced aspects of cleaning (such as COSHH standards or PPE).
We provide full, in-depth auditing of all our cleaning services every month to ensure that standards don’t slip, which offers a more granular view of the solutions we deliver.
