Our average officer-to-site response time is 30 minutes, meaning that we aim to have an officer at your site and on hand to deal with any issues (whether that’s a false alarm activation, a trespassing issue, or something more serious) within half an hour. This can, of course, depend on traffic conditions and safe driving, but with our National Operations Centre (NOC) offering constant guidance, we do our very best to adhere to that average.
No. While we don’t have an office in Leicester, all of the officers we provide will be based in the local area and understand the risks the city faces.
