That includes deactivating the alarm, investigating any issues and escalating to the emergency services where needed, and resetting your alarm before they leave the property.
All of our officers are fully licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), and have been vetted and screened in line with BS:7858 for a minimum of five years. They’ll also have extensive site- and system-specific training, so they’re able to address any issues quickly and effectively.
We’re a fully nationwide business, meaning we’re able to deliver expert alarm response services wherever you are. We currently deliver alarm response services as far north as Inverness, down to England’s south coast.
No. We only offer commercial or business alarm response services due to differences in insurance requirements.
