Harrogate Homeless Project are a high impact local charity that provides people experiencing homelessness or vulnerable housing a safe place to stay and build the confidence to move towards independent living.
With there being a very serious homelessness issue across Harrogate, they see an average of 40-50 people accessing their Day Centre Springboard every day. This provides individuals with a shower, food, laundry facilities, drop-in GP surgery and access to a computer. Staff are also on hand to offer support and practical help with other aspects like job applications and CVs.

HHP came to us around November 2023 in need of new security, due to past issues with security providers. They needed overnight cover including bank holidays.
We began our ongoing partnership in February 2024. Our guards keep properties, residents and resources safe and secure whilst also offering guidance and support throughout the night.
Their main duties include lock and unlock of the property and being on hand if any issues arise.
Having had issues with their previous cleaning provider, we were able to secure a cleaning partnership with the foundation. Our cleaners work to keep the foundations hostel and Day Centre Springboard as clean and welcoming as possible.
As a company, we continue to have regular interactions with our clients, allowing us to continue upholding only the best bespoke security services for each.
