Yes. For higher-end hospitality venues (luxury hotels and boutique restaurants, for example), a security concierge solution offers a seamless blend of security and customer service. Our concierges have full SIA licensing, as well as extensive training in customer service.
Yes. While we have the capability to monitor all of your cameras 24/7/365 externally at our National Operations Centre, we can also connect your cameras to any in-house monitoring equipment, or design a customised installation if you’d prefer.
