That’s manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and always by an SIA-licensed professional. They’re able to mobilise a response as soon as an issue’s detected.

As an overall rule, we tend to advise having at least 1 officer per 100 – 150 expected guests. This helps ensure complete guest safety and that anyone who needs support or guidance can get it quickly and effectively. This can change, however, depending on different factors, which include whether alcohol is set to be served or the size of your venue.
