All of your cameras will connect securely to our sophisticated Control Room here at our Head Office. This is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by licensed and trained professionals who can deploy an appropriate response if an issue is detected, with an officer able to attend the site in just 30 minutes on average.
We advise having at least 1 security officer for every 100 – 150 guests you’re expecting in attendance, or 2 security officers for every 100 – 150 guests if you plan to serve alcohol. This is based on our extensive experience in the sector, and on the latest guidance from the UK government and SIA.
