About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Head of Operations. This key role involves overseeing and managing all operational aspects of our organisation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes and procedures. In addition to this, you will be responsible for implementing our operational strategic plan, delivering key objectives along the way.

The usual hours for this role are Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:00 – 17:30 with a 1 hour break for lunch, however flexibility around working times will be required to assist the needs of the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes
  • Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support when needed
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination across all functions
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing cleaning operations within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience in supervising staff and delegating tasks effectively
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to make key decisions on both operational and commercial levels
  • Knowledge of cleaning industry best practices and trends
