About the client:

Our client is an award-winning, independent UK bank that has been redefining the banking experience since 2010. Offering a full range of business, commercial, retail, and private banking services, they are known for doing things differently—bringing a more personal, human approach back to banking.

Hours of work: 11 hrs per week.

Monday – 06:00 – 08:00

Monday – Friday – 17:15 – 18:55

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly disinfect and sanitise surfaces and areas.
• Industrial cleaning to high standards.
• Clean and sanitise shared areas, communal areas, offices and corridors.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using PPE as needed.
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Operative or similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management
